FAQ

How many emails can I store for the Bare Bones plan?

For this plan, emails stored on our servers will count towards your web hosting space. If you are a heavy email user, this can quickly add up and will eventually have a negative impact on your web hosting service. Unless you regularly delete or archive your emails, you will run into technical problems sooner or later. Therefore, we do not recommend this plan for most of our users.

Can I check my emails on my mobile device or desktop email applications (e.g. Outlook)?

Yes, any standard email apps in your mobile devices and computers will be able to access your emails.

Who will provide technical support for the Power Growth plan?

Technical support from Google or Microsoft is included in this plan.
