Tech Support

How we charge

Our service hours are available on a retainer basis. You first top up your account with credit. As you use up your service hours, you will receive a statement from us detailing what and how much is being used and how much credit is left in your balance. Your balance does NOT expire.

Below is the pricing for our retainer plans.

BASIC

  • 10 Business Hours* support ($170/hour)

REGULAR

$3200 Enquire
  • 20 Business Hours* support ($160/hour)

EXTENDED

$4500 Enquire
  • 30 Business Hours* support ($150/hour)

* Business Hours support occurs on Mon - Fri, 8 am to 6 pm.

After Business Hours

Service performed after Business Hours is charged at a premium relative to Business Hours as follows:

  • Business After-Hours (Mon – Fri, 6 pm – 12 am): 20%
  • Business Wee-Hours (Mon – Fri, 12 am – 8 am): 46.67%
  • Weekend Hours (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays, 8 am – 6 pm): 20%
  • Weekend After-Hours (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays, 6 pm – 12 am): 46.67%
  • Weekend Wee-Hours (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays, 12 am – 8 am): 66.67%

Example: 2 service hours on Weekend Wee-Hours under the Extended plan will be charged at 2 x $150 x 166.67% = $500

How we service you

We provide on-site or remote computer/network/cybersecurity support that will be carried out on a fortnightly basis:

  • One two-hour on-site visit per fortnight will be carried out at your premises during Business Hours.
  • The exact date and time of these visits will be arranged by mutual agreement.

Additional hours will be provided as required and will be chargeable as described above.

Response Time

  • Response times are guaranteed only if you and we have reached a prior agreement.
  • We are generally able to respond within 24 hours to a request.
  • For emergencies, we aim to respond within 4 hours.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

  • When credit drops to 2 Business Hours of the retainer plan, an invoice will be sent and must be paid for work to continue.
  • For services, payments are due 5 days from the date of invoice.
  • Hardware, software and reports are payable before the due date on invoice. Delivery will happen after invoices are paid.
  • Unless otherwise waived, you will additionally reimburse us for any accommodation, travel, and other expenses as authorised by you to pay before those expenses are incurred.

 

Service Calls

  • Minimum 2 hours on-site and 1 hour remote.
