When you’re running a business, time is money and keeping costs down is also imperative. Needed urgent technical help recently. One single phone call with my garbled description of the problems….the tech support knew straight away what my issue was and he proposed an immediate solution. Less than a hour later my issues were rectified. The fee was very reasonable too, charged at “part thereof” of an hour rather than a minimum 4hr commercial rate (that my previous tech support used to charge).
